¿Qué es la cineterapia?

¿Puede una película hacernos sentir bien o hacernos cambiar de opinión? Esta sería la primera de una lista de preguntas que nos invitan a la reflexión, enlazando continuamente el cine y la psicología. Siguiendo esta relación, ¿es capaz una cinta de mejorar nuestro estado de ánimo? ¿puede revelarnos deseos de los que no éramos conscientes?

Los espectadores ocasionales, al igual que los más cinéfilos, a menudo realizan recomendaciones cinematográficas y no siempre basadas en su calidad artística sino en el contenido. En muchas ocasiones, la experiencia de ver una película es un método de canalizar nuestras emociones, nuestros miedos, nuestros pensamientos… Por lo que nos permite expresarnos con mayor fidelidad. Cuestiones algo complejas como la profundidad de la mente humana, los distintos puntos de vista en las relaciones interpersonales, las sensaciones que nos produce el amor… Hay muchos matices que el cine ha logrado reflejar con éxito a lo largo de la historia, sirviendo de entretenimiento pero también de herramienta para transmitir valores y emociones.

La cineterapia es el empleo de películas con fines terapéuticos, es decir, con el objetivo de motivar, enriquecer, aliviar o estimular nuestra mente. En estas publicaciones os invitamos a descubrir algunas películas cuyas cualidades las hacen especiales y dignas de análisis. 

Dividiremos los contenidos según los estados de ánimo, de manera que sea fácil encontrar ideas en función de cómo nos encontremos anímicamente y que nos apetezca a la hora de buscar y tenemos una sección especial dedicada a películas de confinamiento.

Nuestra intención es que podáis entreteneros, reír, llorar, emocionarnos, pero además reflexionar y debatir sobre los títulos propuestos. En definitiva, que podáis vivir experiencias enriquecedoras que os hagan replantearos vuestros puntos de vista, sacaros una sonrisa o permitirnos compartir un proceso emocional con su protagonista (aunque este no sea siempre agradable). 

No podemos prometer que todas las películas gusten a todo el mundo pero, si logramos apagar el móvil y sumergirnos en el título propuesto, os aseguramos que la experiencia merecerá la pena.
